College Football 27’s July 23 Update Fixes Gameplay and Dynasty Issues

EA SPORTS College Football 27 received its July 23, 2026 update details with fixes for gameplay, Road to Glory, and Dynasty. The update is identified as Title Update 2.5 in the accompanying graphic, while EA noted that more changes are coming soon.
The gameplay fixes cover delayed Switch Stick input and defensive formation packages resetting during hurry-up situations. PC players using a 16:10 aspect ratio should also see better Score HUD placement, keeping it from covering Playcall button hints.
Road to Glory receives several corrections tied to player progression. EDGE players should no longer be blocked from triggering position battles, and Cap Breakers should work as intended. The mode also receives stability and interface improvements.
Dynasty’s changes focus on team management systems. EA improved CPU team NIL allocation logic and corrected the Risk of Leaving bar so it properly accounts for Contract Specialist support staff. The update follows July’s earlier Dynasty progression update, which introduced more changes to the mode’s progression settings.
