Borderlands 4’s New Weekly Hunt Features Vile Ted and a Maliwan Prize
The July 16-23 rotation includes the Old Lads Wildcard Mission, three modifiers, and a new Maurice's Black Market location.
Borderlands 4 has a fresh round of Weekly Activities running from July 16 through July 23. Gearbox detailed the rotation in its official Steam announcement, giving players another boss encounter, a modifier-heavy mission, and a new chance to hunt for Legendary gear.
The biggest target this week is Vile Ted & The Experiments, the current Weekly Big Encore Boss. Players taking on the Weekly Wildcard Mission will instead face Old Lads, which comes with the Vampiric, Tricky, and Armored modifiers.
Clearing that mission pays out the Ohm I Got Maliwan SMG. That gives Vault Hunters a clear reason to run the activity before the rotation changes on July 23.
Maurice’s Black Market Vending Machine has also moved to a new spot for the week. Its location is the same for everyone, but the items inside can differ between players. Comparing finds with other players may help if you are searching for a particular piece of gear.
