Beast of Reincarnation reportedly leaked online before its scheduled August 3, 2026 PC release. The build was also cracked, allowing unauthorized copies of Game Freak’s upcoming action RPG to circulate ahead of launch.

The leak comes shortly after the game became available for preload. That timing has led to questions about whether the preload build was cracked or whether an early copy reached an influencer or reviewer. The exact source has not been confirmed.

Game Freak is preparing Beast of Reincarnation’s August 3 launch as a major departure from the studio’s best-known work on Pokémon. The game follows Emma and Koo, a dog who accompanies her through a ruined version of Japan filled with monsters and spreading darkness.

What Beast of Reincarnation Offers

The action RPG combines real-time combat with tactical decision-making. Emma can attack, block, and parry, while successful defensive timing helps build Koo’s attacks. Players can then use those attacks to trigger powerful techniques called Blooming Arts, which also open new options for Emma.

The journey takes the pair through a changing world where dangerous forests and other threats can emerge across the remains of Japan. Their relationship is central to the story, with new abilities developing as they travel farther into the unknown.

Fictions has not provided a PC review code for the game. The official PC launch is still scheduled for August 3, so performance impressions from legitimate copies will have to wait until the release arrives.
