Battlestate Games announced but also started the consecutive updates scheduled to arrive to Escape From Tarkov. The aim of these updates will be the performance hiccups as well as other things. The tactical looter-shooter game is continuing to take a big leap in the online world, and fans can’t wait to see its full installment. For a game of this caliber, its gold period is unpredictable and possibly distant, and Battlestate Games is well aware of that.

Escape From Tarkov will get multiple updates over the coming period, with the initial one already kicking off today. They are all supposed to be minor tweaks to strengthen the game’s performance and alleviate some known technical issues.

Quick status

Right now we're working on the fixes about:
– increased stuttering and FPS drops
– increased disconnects from the servers
– long or infinite group matching, awaiting session start, etc.
– overall group gathering problems
– cleaning up server errors#EscapefromTarkov

After yesterday’s announcements, the first client update arrived today. The update fixes minor technical issues.

We installed a small client update, which will fix various minor technical issues. All players need to download the update via the launcher #EscapefromTarkov

As we progress throughout a wipe, Escape From Tarkov is becoming a lot harder to play due to enormous performance issues. Game stutters become more frequent and heavier, connection issues grow, queues getting distorted, and more. Luckily, BSG is here to tackle all of it. See you in raids, fellas!

I've spent half of my life playing video games, ever since the competitive 1.6 era. Now I am happily married to Margarita Kicevski, and have two beautiful children. My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
