Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Sails Past 3 Million Copies Sold
Ubisoft thanked players for supporting the remake and teased New Game Plus for a later date without sharing a release window.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has sold more than 3 million copies across all platforms. Ubisoft shared the milestone on July 17, 2026, in an official Steam announcement.
The publisher thanked players for joining Edward Kenway’s Caribbean adventures and for sharing their stories from the remake. The announcement did not break down sales by platform, so there is no separate figure for PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S.
Ubisoft also pointed toward New Game Plus, saying the adventure will continue with the mode at a later date. A previous update said the feature was already in development, but the team has not announced when it will arrive. Players can find more context in the details about New Game Plus mode.
For now, the 3-million-copy milestone gives the remake’s pirate crew plenty of reason to celebrate. Tell us what you think of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced in the comments, and follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, and Instagram.
