Arma Reforger 1.8.0.13 Fixes RCON Crashes and Greatly Reduces Helicopter Rotor Damage

The update also adds server logging and analytics settings while correcting radio, vehicle, group, and modding issues across all platforms.

Arma Reforger 1.8.0.13 is now live across all platforms, with Bohemia Interactive greatly reducing helicopter rotor damage and fixing a crash that could occur when vanilla scripted commands were used on a modded server through RCON. The studio confirmed the update in its Steam announcement on September 3, 2026.

Server administration receives a useful set of changes. Successful join requests now record the server ID and name in client logs, while server logging has been improved for players becoming commanders. Ping calculation has also been adjusted, and a new analytics setting is available in the Gameplay settings menu.

Several player-facing problems are addressed as well. Radio functionality should no longer fail intermittently, loiter animations have been corrected, and vehicles can roll downhill again when the parking brake is released while physics are paused. The update also removes an option to save loadouts from deployable FIA tents, since FIA cannot save loadouts.

Group creation rules have been tightened in the modding systems. Players can now be placed into an existing group when it matches the requested attributes, while duplicate solo groups and invalid private-group requests are blocked. Privacy settings are also checked against the group’s rules before they are changed or replicated.

The patch follows the broader Arma Reforger 1.8 update, which introduced Far Hide and expanded specialist and fortification systems. Version 1.8.0.13 focuses more narrowly on stability, logging, gameplay cleanup, and mod support.

Bohemia Interactive directs players to the known issues page for ongoing problems and the Feedback Tracker for reports and suggestions. The complete 1.8.0.13 changelog is reproduced below.
