ARC Raiders Update 1.47.0 Is Underway With Fair Play Changes Before Frozen Trail First Look
The update includes new Riposta Set color variants, fixes for crashes and input problems, and reminders about the Rubber Ducks and Expedition 5 deadlines.

ARC Raiders Update 1.47.0 is underway, and it covers more than a small store refresh. Embark’s September 22 Steam announcement confirms new Riposta Set color variants, an update on the studio’s Fair Play work, and fixes for crashes, keyboard input, doors, inventory behavior, and map visuals. A download is required before loading back into the game.
Players will also get their first extended look at Frozen Trail on September 23 at 10 a.m. PDT (7 p.m. CEST). The preview will cover the upcoming update, which remains scheduled for October 8, 2026, following the previously announced October 8 release date.
The store portion of Update 1.47.0 adds Camo and White variants for the Riposta Set. On the gameplay side, the patch addresses an issue that could leave keyboard controls unresponsive after the game launched unfocused or returned from the background. It also fixes doors that could appear open while actually being closed, along with a problem that could send items into incompatible inventory containers.
Embark outlines its latest Fair Play actions
Embark says its anti-cheat team has issued several ban waves against accounts showing bot-like behavior, while detection work is being expanded to cover activity such as XP farming. The studio is also continuing to sanction unusually high-value item transfers and said its ongoing work against item duplication has produced positive results.
Shared-license restrictions are being strengthened as well. When an account is sanctioned, the related restrictions will make it harder for a detected cheater to purchase another account. Embark says it is also extending first-strike permanent bans when its systems identify an offender with a high degree of confidence, allowing action to happen sooner.
Frozen Trail preview and player deadlines
Frozen Trail’s First Look will air on September 23, giving Raiders a closer look at the game’s biggest upcoming update before its October 8 launch. Embark says more information is planned before the update arrives, so the preview should provide the next meaningful look at the new content.
There are two immediate reminders for players. The inbox message containing the community-made Rubber Ducks will stop being sent after October 8, so Raiders need to log in and claim them before that date.

Expedition 5’s Departure sign-up window closes on September 29 at 10 a.m. CEST, 8 a.m. UTC, or 1 a.m. PT. There will be no Last Call this time. Players who have trouble confirming their departure can contact Embark support.
