Albion Online‘s Keeper Uprising has entered a darker phase as the Ashborn push their campaign beyond the caves and into the open world. Creatures tied to Albion’s ancient Soul Streams are now appearing with a clear purpose, bringing new missions, Keeper Memories, and rewards for players who take on the threat.
The season-long event began on July 4, and its latest developments build on the growing conflict detailed in the Keeper Uprising. Sandbox Interactive outlined the new stage in an official Steam announcement.
Oracles Become Open-World Tracking Targets
Oracles were previously found in the depths of Keeper caverns. They have now emerged across the open world as new Tracking objectives. These heretic crones are driven by visions of a lost era, leaving trails that point toward old warnings and hidden knowledge.
Players who track them down can uncover more about the forces behind the uprising. The Oracles’ visions are tied to a prophecy and to the past the Ashborn are trying to bring back, giving the new objectives a story role beyond their combat challenge.
Mammoth Hunters Reach the Mists
Mammoth Hunters have also continued their search in the open world. Strange structures are appearing beneath their watch, but their purpose remains unknown. Their presence has now spread into the Mists, suggesting that the group has not finished whatever work brought them to Albion.
Defeating these enemies will help players piece together the prophecy that drove the Ashborn uprising and the forgotten history they want to revive. More missions and Keeper Memories are available as the event moves into this next phase, with exclusive rewards waiting for those who follow the trail.
