Albion Online has kicked off its Keeper Uprising, a season-long event that began on July 4 and runs through August 31.
The event centers on a splinter group of Keepers called the Ashborn, who are carrying out a ritual that unfolds in phases as players work through missions and fight new enemies. The story leans on Albion’s worldbuilding, but the bigger draw is that it keeps opening up as the event moves forward.
Sandbox Interactive also added Keeper Memories, hidden lore fragments that appear across the world and drop from enemies. Once players collect them, the Albion Journal tracks the clues and points them toward more pieces, turning the event into a mix of combat, exploration, and lore hunting.
This kind of seasonal story event has not shown up in Albion Online since the Avalonian Invasion several years ago. It also lands after the recent Radiant Wilds Patch 3 balance pass, which makes the new content feel more like a lore-focused detour than a systems overhaul.
The Xbox store listing for Albion Online also lists Xbox Play Anywhere, PC Game Pass, and Ultimate Game Pass support, so there is a broad pool of players who can jump in while the event is active.
