Fortnite players have found a musical clue pointing toward one of the rumored crossovers for the game’s next season. Pac-Man’s intro music can now be heard at the Wonkeeland point of interest, where it may be hinting at the yellow arcade icon’s arrival.
Epic Games’ next season is scheduled to begin in mid-August 2026. Although there is still current-season content to come, players have already started looking for signs of what will follow.
Pac-Man Music Appears at Wonkeeland
The discovery was shared by ShiinaBR on X after players noticed Pac-Man’s familiar intro music playing at Wonkeeland. The post described the find as the first teaser for a rumored Gaming Legends season.
The location itself could be important. Wonkeeland has already changed during past collaborations, including a South Park-themed transformation into Cartmanland earlier in 2026. That history leaves open the possibility that the point of interest could receive another makeover when the next season begins.

Reports have connected the upcoming season with several major gaming franchises, including Pac-Man, Sonic, Persona, and Mega Man. A broader look at the rumored gaming-legends theme has also raised questions about how each crossover could appear in the battle royale.
Pac-Man may be a tricky fit for a standard outfit or weapon, but Fortnite has used locations, traversal systems, collectibles, and other island features to build around its collaborations. Wonkeeland’s grindable rails could provide one possible route for a Pac-Man-themed activity, though Epic has not confirmed any details about the character or the season.
For now, the music is the clearest in-game clue. Players will have to wait until the season’s official reveal and launch window to find out whether Pac-Man appears as a skin, a location theme, a gameplay feature, or something else entirely.
The next season is expected to be the penultimate season of Fortnite’s current chapter and will begin in mid-August 2026.
