World of Warcraft may receive another player housing option with Patch 12.1. The Patch 12.1 PTR currently includes two Westfall-inspired versions of the house type: the Autumnal Westfall Barn Facade and the Springtime Westfall Barn Facade. Both designs feature timber framing, warm lighting, multiple roof sections, and a tall central structure, while using different seasonal color schemes.
On the PTR, players can purchase the plans from Jorvan Longmoor or Rotha in the faction neighborhoods. Each plan is listed at 200 Community Coupons, so collecting enough of the housing currency will be necessary before either facade can be added to a home.
These are fixed house types rather than fully customizable structures. Like the treehouses, the Westfall barn facades do not offer the same customization options as baseline homes. Their large footprints can fill most of a housing plot, meaning players will also need to account for the space they require.
This would be another housing addition connected to the patch. Patch 12.1 is also expected to bring new housing decorations through a Tortollan-themed Neighborhood event, giving players more ways to build out their properties.
The image and PTR details support the existence of the Westfall barn facades, but their Patch 12.1 availability, final names, color variants, and purchase requirements could still change before the update reaches live servers. Blizzard could also change the designs or cost before the content is released.
