THE FINALS Open Beta Scheduled for Late October Through Early November Across Multiple Platforms

Embark Studios is ready to launch the first Open Beta test for their free-to-play first-person shooter, THE FINALS. The test phase will run from October 26 to November 5 and be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC through Steam.

THE FINALS is a team-based combat game designed as a virtual game show. The setup is quite intriguing: you and your team fight for rewards and approval from seasonal sponsors. The game takes place in highly detailed, breakable Virtual Arenas designed to look like famous places in the real world.

The Open Beta comes with fresh content, including the debut of a new arena called Skyway Stadium and a new game mode called Bank-It. Also, players can get a free BattlePass with 16 special rewards that will remain accessible when the game fully launches. The beta will support both cross-play and cross-progression between PCs and consoles.
