Today, Ubisoft announced that it is experiencing connectivity issues affecting multiple games and services across various platforms. The company is working to resolve these issues quickly and has apologized for any inconvenience.
In a recent update on their forum, Ubisoft stated:
“Hello everyone. We’re aware of an issue currently affecting connectivity for multiple games/services and are working towards resolving this. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Please be sure to check this thread for future updates. Thanks.”
Players have reported issues with several games, including Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Assassin’s Creed Unity. Ubisoft has confirmed that the issues players are experiencing, such as the “Mountain – 00016” error in Breakpoint, are related to the ongoing connectivity problems.
In response to a query about Assassin’s Creed Unity, Ubisoft replied:
“AC Unity may be affected by this outage. If you still experience connectivity issues once it is resolved however, please reply and let us know which error you receive and which platform you’re playing on, and we can look into this for you.”
