Three Arena elimination counters require the matching injector to be active when each enemy is eliminated.

Gladiator Doping – Part 4 in Arena requires 30 enemy eliminations under Zagustin, 30 under Propital, and 30 under Meldonin. Each of the three counters requires its matching injector to be active at the time of the elimination.

Requirements and objectives

Ref gives the quest, which follows Gladiator Doping – Part 3. The objectives are:

Eliminate 30 enemies while under the effect of the Zagustin hemostatic drug injector.
Eliminate 30 enemies while under the effect of the Propital regenerative stimulant injector.
Eliminate 30 enemies while under the effect of the Meldonin injector.

Each objective has its own counter of 30. Check all 3 counters as you progress rather than assuming a total number of distinct kills.

Needed equipment

Zagustin hemostatic drug injector
Propital regenerative stimulant injector
Meldonin injector

Keep the matching injector effect active when making kills for each objective.

How to complete Gladiator Doping – Part 4

Activate a required injector before fighting for its objective.
Eliminate enemies while that injector’s effect is active until its counter reaches 30.
Repeat with the other two injectors, keeping each effect active for the eliminations you want counted toward its objective.

Keep an eye on each stimulant objective after your matches. Completing one counter does not remove the need to finish the other 2.
