Visual Concepts released a new NBA 2K23 update for last-gen consoles that fixes shoe endorsements. Players can finally log in and get this over with by signing their shoe deal and keep on grinding the actual game.
The official patch size is missing, but the patch itself can be identified as 1.005, released on September 19. The update generally contributes to an improved user experience, and will probably get rid of the VC glitch some players have had.
After updating the game, you can now sign your shoe deal and continue on your main quests!
