After a long absence, the developer of Escape From Tarkov, BSG, has finally decided to make some changes regarding the loot and alter the Scav Case Timer. The Scav Case is a Hideout element that is supposed to help those in need. The changes are in force today, March 28th, and they also wrap some additional items, aside from the Aquamari and Scav Case nerf.
Furthermore, this update changes the amount of VPX Flash Storage Modules you can carry in a Raid. From today, the amount of VPX Flash Storage Modules you can carry is 3, as opposed to the previously unlimited status. Additionally, the M-2 Tactical Sword has been limited to 1, which indicates another potential RMT battling by the developer.
Escape From Tarkov Aquamari and Scav Case Timer Nerfs
Below you can find the complete values for the Scav Case Timers and the Aquamari, which no longer hold the same values as before. Those with a negative Fence reputation will find this quite impactful, as the timer for sending the Scavs on a mission will be diminished accordingly.

- Rough estimate, it will now increase your hydration level by ~2.5 points per point.
Furthermore, the Scav Case Timer has been tweaked accordingly to the player’s reputation with Fence. A negative reputation now imbues harsher penalties on the Scav Case Timer, which algorithm determines the pace at which the Scavs finish their mission and return with the goodies.
