Lost Ark, the MMOARPG developed by Smilegate RPG and brought to the West by Amazon Games, is noticing a massive success. While the game failed to reach 1 million concurrent players on launch day, the second day is the charm for Lost Ark and its developers. A perfect time for a glass of champagne.
According to the official Steam Stats, Lost Ark managed to break through the 1 million barrier on its second day of official launch. Yes, we should take into account that it’s a weekend and everyone is free, but these numbers remind me of the time of the PUBG era, and they’re scaring me. Not only that, but the game is also headed towards breaking the all-time concurrent record by Dota 2 and CS GO, breaking Valve’s phenomenal bastions.
At the time of this writing, the game has 1,150,359 million concurrent players, and it’s still growing. Below you can find the complete table, provided by the official Steam stats page.
