Nioh 2’s 1.27 patch has been deployed, with a couple of bug fixes ready to help the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game. This patch addresses numerous bug fixes, among which the Righteous Jasper issue is also fixed. The Righteous Jasper will no longer be a prohibition (due to an issue) on both PS4 and PS5 versions of the game.

- Fixed an issue where the input latency was reduced when firing a ranged weapon in rapid succession, when the firing button was set to L2 or R2
- Fixed an issue where some additional content equipment that was already acquired on the PS4 would not drop when the save data was transferred to the PS5 version
- Fixed an issue which prevented Burst Counters from being used against certain enemies. Burst attacks when the “Game Mode” was set to “120fps Mode”
- Fixed an issue which could cause some actions to be slowed down when the “Game Mode” was set to “120fps Mode”
- Other minor bug fixes
Despite the early release in 2020, Nioh 2 has found itself quite successful. With numerous of updates mending the game’s overall performance, Nioh 2 is surely ready for the future, as the developers have proven quite effective with their recent work.
