Escape from Tarkov’s Infected Labs Drawers May Hide 2 Keycards
Six fixed drawers marked with bloody handprints can reveal an arm, but opening one may also trigger a delayed grenade.

Six bloodied-handprint drawers in Infected Labs’ office area offer a quick gamble for Escape from Tarkov players hunting keycards. Each can reveal an arm, and a wallet it holds has a rare chance to contain 2 keycards of any type. There is also a delayed-grenade outcome, so move carefully.
[Loot] Zombie arm drawers have rare chance to spawn double keycards

There are 2 marked drawers in each office. Opening one can produce one of 3 outcomes: the arm flips you off with nothing, sets off a distinct grenade click before a delayed blast, or clutches a bloodied wallet. The player estimated each outcome at around 33%, but that is an individual estimate, not a confirmed spawn rate.
Open a drawer and move away first. If you hear the grenade click, stay clear of the blast. The player checks the arm when no click follows. The drawer locations are fixed, so checking the set can be quick.
The player says keycards turned up in roughly 3 to 4 runs, but that experience does not establish how often the wallet contains them. Treat the double-card find as a bonus rather than a dependable money route. It may still be worth checking for players under level 30 who cannot buy keycards.
