Transformers: Reactivate’s Leaked Trailer Features Optimus Prime Narration
The internal cut shows a planned $70 story campaign for solo or online co-op, with Optimus Prime fighting the Legion in New York before driving sequences in Nevada and Cybertron.

A roughly one-minute internal trailer for canceled Transformers: Reactivate shows a version built around a paid story campaign rather than its original free-to-play live-service plan. EnderGuyZV2 posted the clip on October 26, 2026. It pairs gameplay footage with Optimus Prime narration by Jon Bailey.
The opening disclaimer calls it an internal trailer with music and places it about three months before the game’s cancellation. It says Reactivate had been in development as a $70 AAA title for more than a year, after moving away from its free-to-play live-service plan. The planned full story campaign was playable solo or in online co-op.

Optimus Prime lands in New York City and fights the Legion with ranged and melee combat. Later scenes show driving in the Nevada desert and on Cybertron, along with Decepticon gameplay.
Splash Damage canceled the project in January 2025, ending development before the trailer surfaced. Another gameplay leak surfaced days after the cancellation, showing third-person shooting and vehicle combat.
Would the planned solo and online co-op campaign have suited Reactivate better than its original live-service plan? For more on the game’s canceled development and the footage left behind, follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, Instagram, Steam, and Telegram.
