Battlefield 6 Datamine Finds Mass Effect Gear Missing Ahead of N7 Day
Datamined files reportedly contained N7 stickers, spray paint, a patch, a weapon skin, and a Normandy charm, but EA has not announced a crossover or commented on their apparent removal.
Mass Effect-themed items surfaced in Battlefield 6’s files earlier this month and are now reportedly missing, putting a possible N7 Day tie-in in doubt. The X account MassEffect_News says the locked items were removed, but EA has not announced a crossover or commented on the change.

The datamined set reportedly included N7 stickers, spray paint, a patch, a weapon skin, and a Normandy charm. An earlier X post showed an N7-marked rifle and described new Battlefield accessories, prompting speculation that the gear might arrive for N7 Day, Mass Effect’s annual fan celebration on Nov. 7.

BioWare’s closure and the end of early development on the next Mass Effect came shortly before the Battlefield items were reported missing. No link has been established between the studio news and their removal.
By contrast, Battlefield 6’s Dead Space: Convergence event is running from Oct. 20 through Nov. 10 and includes Marker Incursion, a 16-player PvE mode.
