The Worlds 2026 draw gives Karmine Corp an Anyone’s Legend opener, with the French team reaching its first Swiss Stage after a 3-0 win over MVK Esports in the Round 4 decider in Los Angeles. Mid laner kyeahoo earned MVP honors, and KC became Europe’s third representative in the main event.

KC fought through the Play-In bracket
Karmine Corp opened its run with a five-game win over Cloud9 on Oct. 15, then beat MVK in Round 2 on Oct. 16. FURIA eliminated Cloud9 3-1, while MVK beat FURIA 3-1 on Oct. 17 to earn a rematch with KC in the decider. KC won that series 3-0.
The four-team bracket used double elimination. Every series was a best-of-five with Fearless Draft, and only the winner advanced to the Swiss Stage. After qualifying, jungler Yike told Hotspawn in an interview that KC was playing at around 80% of its peak.
Anyone’s Legend is KC’s first opponent
Pool 1 teams drew Pool 4 opponents, while Pool 2 teams drew Pool 3 opponents. The Round 1 draw also barred teams from the same region from meeting. KC was in Pool 4 and will face LPL Split 3 champion Anyone’s Legend in a best-of-one. KC beat Anyone’s Legend at the Esports World Cup in Paris this summer, giving the team a recent reference point for the matchup.
