Escape From Tarkov “Sisyphus” Quest Guide
Ragman's Loyalty Level 3 task sends you across Woods, Reserve and Lighthouse to recover and stash two smuggler cases.
Sisyphus is a three-map delivery job, and each case is lost if you fail to extract with it. Find the cases on Woods, stash them at their separate destinations on Reserve and Lighthouse, then complete the Armored Train extraction objective.
Requirements and objectives
You need Ragman Loyalty Level 3 to obtain the quest.

Equipment
No special equipment is specified. Both cases are quest items that appear only while Sisyphus is active, require Found in Raid status, and move to your quest item inventory when picked up. Fail to extract with a case and you lose it.
How to complete Sisyphus
- Collect the first case on Woods. Enter the ZB-014 bunker and obtain the case.
- Stash it on Reserve. Place the case on the wooden planks beside the guard booth near the Woods transit, west of the train depot.
- Collect the second case on Woods. Search behind the shack at the USEC checkpoint, next to the portable toilets.
- Stash it on Lighthouse. Place the case in the railcar with the Ural truck at the northern train platform.
- Complete the extraction objective. It appears after both stash objectives are complete. Extract from Lighthouse or Reserve using the Armored Train.
