A KORD BREACH Vehicle Extract May Have Broken an Escape from Tarkov Raid
A paid vehicle extraction left one PMC behind before invisibility, lost interaction, and backend and 228 errors followed.

Escape from Tarkov‘s KORD BREACH content may have a vehicle-extraction bug that leaves a PMC stuck in a raid. The incident began with a player paying for a vehicle extract, remaining behind, and then becoming invisible and unable to interact with the game.
How the raid broke
The sequence began after the player received a message from Therapist and left it in their stash. They joined their duo for a quick vehicle extraction tied to the duo’s quest. Even after paying for the extract, the player remained in the raid instead of leaving with their teammate.
The player then became invisible and unable to interact with the game world. Near the extraction area, they moved around a friend of a PMC their duo had killed. They later tried to extract again at Emercom, where nearby PMCs did not appear to hear their VOIP attempts.
After using Alt-F4, the client began producing constant backend errors and 228 errors. A second Alt-F4 restored the game to normal, with the raid appearing to have been erased as if it had never taken place.

The attached Reddit-hosted video provides context for the incident, but the single-player account does not independently confirm every detail of the invisibility or error sequence.
This is another unverified KORD BREACH bug account to surface alongside a separate incident involving a crash, duplicated Kappa containers, and doubled character modifiers. That separate KORD BREACH account also came from a single player, so neither incident confirms how widespread these problems may be.
