Escape From Tarkov “Paramedic” Quest Guide
Find the ambulance paramedic's GPhone X on Streets, extract through Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex, and hand it over to Therapist.
Finding the phone is only half the job. Paramedic requires you to leave Streets of Tarkov through Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex with the ambulance paramedic’s GPhone X, then hand it over to Therapist. You can find the phone in one raid and take the required taxi extraction in a later raid, but failing to extract with it means losing the item.
Requirements and objectives
Therapist gives the quest on Streets of Tarkov. The phone only appears as a quest item while the quest is active.
- Locate and obtain one Paramedic’s GPhone X on Streets of Tarkov.
- Extract from Streets through Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex while carrying the phone in your quest-item inventory.
- Hand over the phone to Therapist.
Needed equipment
No additional quest-specific equipment is listed. The required handover item is one Paramedic’s GPhone X. It is marked as a Found in Raid handover item, and picking it up transfers it to your quest-item inventory. If you fail to extract with it, you lose it.
How to complete Paramedic
With the quest active, check the ambulances at the locations below. The phone has eight possible spawn locations, with a specific placement at each one.
| Ambulance location | Phone placement |
|---|---|
| South of the Cardinal apartment complex, beneath the President restaurant signs | Passenger-side footwell |
| Klimova Street 18, near the Basement Descent Scav extraction | Passenger-side footwell |
| South of the Pinewood Hotel | On the ground behind the ambulance |
| Chekannaya Street 15, opposite the Sparja store | Passenger seat |
| Primorsky Avenue, opposite the LexOs car dealership | Passenger-side footwell |
| On the playground at the Concordia apartment complex | On the ground to the right of the ambulance |
| At the Crash Site extraction | On the ground just outside the passenger door, inside the extraction zone |
| Loading area south of Razvedchikov Street | In the back of the ambulance |
Once you have the phone, leave Streets through Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex. The taxi extraction does not have to happen in the same raid in which you found the phone. Do not mistake the phone’s Crash Site spawn for the required exit: Paramedic specifically requires the Primorsky Ave Taxi V-Ex extraction. After extracting with the phone, hand it over to Therapist.
