Escape From Tarkov “Properties All Around” Quest Guide
Every document location in the real estate agency, including the two locked-office spawns.
Properties All Around sends you to the real estate agency on Streets of Tarkov to recover cadastral registry records for Prapor. The document has six possible positions across two floors. Four are accessible without a key, while the remaining two are in a locked upstairs office.
Properties All Around objectives
- Locate the real estate fund on Streets of Tarkov.
- Find and collect the real estate transactions document, named Cadastral registry records.
- Hand the document over to Prapor.
Accept the quest before searching. The records only appear while it is active and go into your quest item inventory when collected. You must extract with them before the hand-in. Failing to extract means losing the document and having to recover it again.
Do you need the real estate agency office room key?
The Real estate agency office room key opens the left-hand office on the second floor. It is useful because that room contains two possible document positions, but it is not required for every attempt. Check the four accessible positions first if you do not have the key.
Where to find the cadastral registry records
Search the real estate agency building on Streets of Tarkov. Use the floor and office descriptions below to work through all six possibilities rather than stopping after the first empty shelf.

After picking up the records, concentrate on extracting with the quest item. The task is not finished just because the collection objective updates. Return to Prapor and complete the hand-in after leaving the raid.
