skate. Schedules Proximity Voice Chat Test on Isle of Grom for Oct. 21
Update 0.32.5 will bring Parry Point Skatepark, revamped No Complies, and another chapter of Slappy's story on Oct. 13.

Full Circle’s Oct. 8 Season 5 mid-season announcement schedules a limited-time proximity voice chat test for skate. on Isle of Grom beginning Oct. 21. Update 0.32.5 is due Oct. 13, with a new skatepark and trick changes.
Proximity chat will use spatial audio
The test will adjust voice volume, panning, and frequency based on players’ distance and relative speed. Walls, terrain, and other structures will muffle or reflect voices, so nearby skaters can sound different depending on what stands between them.
In crowded sessions, the game will prioritize party members, then friends, then players who have stayed nearby the longest. Background voice channels will be muted if the local-player limit is exceeded. Players can also toggle their microphone through controls on the Comms wheel.
Access to the test will require Hedgemont Level 2 or higher. Moderation features are also being tested. Text-to-speech is still in development for the full release planned for 0.33, rather than being listed as part of this test.
Parry Point brings a new street spot to Hedgemont
Update 0.32.5 will open Parry Point Skatepark near the upper Hedgemont seawall. The street-focused park has hubbas, rails, and ledges, and will support Spot Battles and Skate Jams. Full Circle also plans foliage improvements around San Van as part of ongoing work on the game’s environments.
No Complies are also being rebuilt, with a straight version, updated frontside and backside variations, fakie options, and two right-stick input styles. Players will be able to chain the trick into a Dark Catch or Darkslide line, and use it on vert ramps and transitions. The update’s quality-of-life changes and bug fixes will be detailed in patch notes on Oct. 12.
The soundtrack will gain 19 tracks, including “Mr. Him” by TI, “Self-destructor” by Good Looks, and “Iconic” by Big Sean. Band shirts for Motorhead, Bad Religion, and Sonic Youth will arrive in the Extravert Shop on Oct. 20.
Slappy’s story continues through the season
The update’s content lineup includes Part 2 of “Have You Seen Him?” Weeks 1 through 3 unlocked on Sept. 8, 15, and 22, with each requiring completion of the previous week. Players who have not started the story can join when 0.32.5 arrives. Weeks 4 through 6 will begin Nov. 3, with one new mission each week. The event requires access to S.U.M.R. Camp and will remain playable through Season 5, but not after the season ends.
S.U.M.R. Camp entered General Access on Oct. 6. Non-Premium players can buy a 24-hour pass for 500 Rip Chips, while the 24-hour passes for Isle of Grom and The Stadium cost 500 and 250 Rip Chips, respectively, under Season 5’s location access schedule. Isle of Grom will be unavailable from Oct. 13 at 10 a.m. PT until Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. PT as the team prepares an in-game event. A separate major mid-season event is scheduled to begin Oct. 16.
