Silent Hill: Townfall is adding recognizable screen talent to its unsettling cast, with Terry O’Quinn and Jovan Adepo confirmed for Screen Burn’s upcoming psychological horror game. Konami revealed both actors in a new trailer shown during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026.

O’Quinn is known for Lost, while Adepo is part of The Odyssey and It: Welcome to Derry. The update identifies the performers but leaves their roles in Townfall’s story under wraps.

Townfall’s first-person horror setting

The casting news arrives as the game’s central setup has begun to take shape. Silent Hill: Townfall follows Simon through St. Amelia, a fog-covered Scottish town, and uses a first-person format for its horror campaign. The game is scheduled to arrive on PS5 and PC on September 24, 2026, as covered in our first-person Townfall preview.

For now, O’Quinn and Adepo are the only performers identified in this casting reveal. Their involvement gives the next Silent Hill story two familiar faces, while Konami and Screen Burn continue to keep the characters’ connection to Simon’s journey quiet.
