Future Games Show at Gamescom Will Feature 13 World Premieres on August 26

The August 26, 2026 presentation will feature more than 40 games, with FGS Live following immediately and a Best of Gamescom recap scheduled for August 30.

The Future Games Show will bring its Gamescom 2026 showcase to viewers on Wednesday, August 26, with more than 40 games, 13 world premieres, exclusive reveals, and developer presentations planned for the main broadcast. FGS Live from Gamescom will follow immediately, and FGS Best of Gamescom will recap the event on Sunday, August 30.

Future Games Show at Gamescom schedule

The main Future Games Show at Gamescom will begin on Wednesday, August 26, at 10:00 PT / 13:00 ET / 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST. Resident Evil Requiem characters Leon and Grace will host the showcase, with Nick Apostolides and Angela Sant’Albano providing their voices.

More than 40 games are planned for the presentation, including 13 world premieres. The announced lineup includes Tides of Annihilation from Eclipse Glow Games, which will receive a behind-the-scenes look, Capcom’s Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault.

The broadcast will also feature a new trailer for the comedy adventure game Trees Hate You and a developer diary from Maverick Games about Clutch, its upcoming open-world action-driving game. Sword fights, strange comedy, and plenty of time behind the wheel? That is a wonderfully chaotic lineup.

FGS Live and Best of Gamescom

FGS Live from Gamescom will start directly after the main show. FGS channel presenters Nathan and Jules will host the follow-up from the Koelnmesse convention centre, bringing more game reveals and exclusive material. The broadcast will include a new look at Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2, the co-op game We Are So Cooked, and Nivalis Nights.

The final presentation, FGS Best of Gamescom, will air on Sunday, August 30, at 10:00 PT / 13:00 ET / 18:00 BST / 19:00 CEST. It will revisit games from the show floor, cover the week’s biggest announcements, and include more exclusive interviews.

Where to watch the showcases

All 3 broadcasts will be available through Twitch, YouTube, Steam, X, GamesRadar+, PC Gamer, GameSpot, and the ESR Gaming Network. Viewers in the UK can also watch through Ginx TV, while co-streams from creators across major streaming services will provide more ways to follow the presentations.

For the August 26 showcase, Chinese viewers can also use Bilibili and Kuaishou, along with WeChat, Weibo, Huya, Douyin, Zhihu, and Poizon. GamesRadar+ will provide ongoing announcements and coverage through its Future Games Show hub.
