A reported bug in Escape from Tarkov may prevent the Hindsight 20/20 task from accepting some Russian armor-piercing ammo packs. A player tested a pack of SPP ammunition after seeing that Prapor offers it through a barter and the item describes the round as armor piercing, but the objective did not recognize it.
The player took one SPP pack into a raid to test the requirement. While traveling toward the bunker on Woods, they also found several ammo boxes, adding to the frustration that this ammunition should qualify for the task.

The game’s wiki lists many different ammo packs for the task, while SPP has both the expected armor-piercing classification and a Prapor barter. Those details create a straightforward expectation that the pack should count, yet the reported in-raid test failed.
One player’s result cannot establish whether Hindsight 20/20 rejects every Russian AP pack, only SPP, or whether another condition affected the check. No workaround or official response was included, leaving SPP’s status unresolved. Until there is clarification, players should treat it as an unconfirmed option rather than count on it for task progress.
