Pokémon GO Nickit Community Day PvP Guide: Thievul’s Great and Ultra League IV Targets

The featured spread is 0/15/11 for Great League, while the Ultra League entry uses a perfect 15/15/15 Thievul.

A Pokémon GO community graphic breaks down two very different PvP targets for Thievul, Nickit’s evolution. Great League favors 0/15/11 IVs at level 27, while the Ultra League entry uses a perfect 15/15/15 Thievul at level 50.

Great League Thievul wants 0/15/11 IVs

The Great League entry lists Thievul at #41 on PvPoke with a 0/15/11 spread. That means the target has zero Attack IVs, maximum Defense IVs, and 11 Stamina IVs at level 27.

Trainers sorting through Nickit catches should prioritize this low-Attack, high-Defense spread for Great League. It is a very different search from the usual hunt for perfect appraisal stats, so checking each appraisal before transferring a Nickit is a good idea.

Ultra League uses a perfect Thievul

Ultra League calls for the opposite approach. The graphic lists a 15/15/15 Thievul at level 50, with a PvPoke ranking of #154.

A perfect Nickit is the one to save for this format, while the 0/15/11 specimen is aimed at Great League. The two entries give collectors a reason to keep more than one promising Nickit instead of sending every catch with the wrong spread to the Professor.

Nickit’s evolution cost and Community Day move

Nickit evolves into the Dark-type Thievul with 50 Candies. The Community Day report also lists Icy Wind as Thievul’s exclusive Charged Move. It is shown as an Ice-type move costing 45 energy, with a 100% chance to lower the opponent’s Attack by one stage.

Unlocking Thievul’s second Charged Move costs 10,000 Stardust and 25 Candies. Trainers hunting for both leagues should check their appraisals carefully before deciding which Nickit to evolve or transfer.
