Arguably one of the most precious boosts is the outbreak of The Witcher TV series. Not to mention, those who have watched it know that Tossing a Coin to a Witcher could only bring plentiful opportunities. There it goes. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has managed to grow $50 million in revenue, shortly after the series was released.
CD Projekt Red has to be proud of the achievement, but also a milestone that somewhat foresees the future of their upcoming projects. Such as, Cyberpunk 2077, which is already the most anticipated game of the year.
CD Projekt Red has discovered that the accumulated revenue from sales of The Witcher 3, solely on the Steam platform has exceeded over 50 Million USD.
The accumulated revenue from sales of The Witcher 3 on @Steam platform for the period of time between October 1st 2018 and today has exceeded 50M USD. As a result, we are now getting 80% on any subsequent sales of TW3 on Steam.

A lot of indications point out that this phenomenon may grow in the future, up to a point where Cyberpunk 2077 is officially released. Pretty much a grounding point for all the fans of CD Projekt Red and their work. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has had such a fantastic path, and we’re looking forward to CD Projekt Red’s future projects.
