PlayWay’s publisher sale is now live on Steam, bringing Car Mechanic Simulator 2018, all of its DLC, and other PlayWay games to the event. The sale will run for 14 days, ending on August 27.
PlayWay described the promotion as its biggest sale of the year, with discounts reaching 90 percent on participating titles. The publisher shared the sale details in its Steam announcement.
Car Mechanic Simulator 2026 will include co-op
The announcement also confirmed that Car Mechanic Simulator 2026 is in development. The next game in the series will feature co-op multiplayer, giving players a way to work on repairs together when the game arrives.
PlayWay has asked interested players to add Car Mechanic Simulator 2026 to their wishlists while more information is prepared.
Low-Budget Repairs is out now
PlayWay also highlighted Low-Budget Repairs from Simplicity Games, which is now available after reaching more than 1.2 million Steam wishlists.
The game puts players in the role of a DIY handyman working in a 1990s Polish block of flats. Success comes from completing repairs while cutting costs, and the game’s own pitch makes clear that perfect workmanship is not the goal.
