Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is live as of August 13, 2026, bringing its tactical battles to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The launch was confirmed in a Steam launch post after the team made performance, stability, gameplay, and audio improvements following the crossplay playtest.
The launch arrives alongside a release video:
Six maps are available at launch
Players can fight across six battlefields built around dense jungles, remote villages, waterways, and open terrain. Each location asks squads to adjust how they move and attack rather than relying on the same approach every time.
- Thanh Hóa Bridge
- Huế Outskirts
- Vạn Tường
- Quảng Ngãi
- Đắk Tô Airfield
- Cam Ranh Port
Four game modes join the launch lineup
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam includes four modes: Warfare, Offensive, Conquest, and Domination. Two modes return from the original Hell Let Loose, while the other two make their debut in Vietnam.
The team is also continuing to work through known issues as the game moves into its live-service phase. More information about planned content will arrive with the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam roadmap reveal on August 19, 2026. The developers have also discussed future plans through the Command Post Q&A series.
For a closer look at the game’s slower, communication-focused jungle combat, the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam review awarded it an 8/10 and highlighted patience, careful movement, and squad coordination as key parts of surviving its battlefields.
