Delta Force’s August 13 Update Will Add More Fortune Run Treasure Packs and Bring Back Sea Gleam

Delta Force will receive an August 13 update without downtime, bringing more rewards to Fortune Run and scheduling the return of the Sea Gleam appearance draw. The team said gameplay and matchmaking will not be affected during the rollout. Players who run into problems afterward should restart the game, while anyone using an outdated client must install the latest version before logging in, according to the team’s Steam announcement.

Fortune Run will run from August 13 through September 7. Its event shop will add 20 Treasure Map Supply Selection Packs, along with other surprise rewards. Active missions will provide event tokens, which can be exchanged in the shop for the new packs and other prizes.

The separate Treasure Map Giveaway will begin on August 13 and run through August 20. Logging in during the event will grant five Treasure Map Supply Selection Packs, while container-search missions will provide tokens for more shop rewards. Operations players will also have several other activities to tackle, including Ratty’s Sitting Down, Fortune Field Supply Box, and Love Gesture Giveaway.

Warfare will receive its own limited-time chaos through the Crazy Mystery Box Advanced Challenge. Weekly activities will hand out weapon experience items, double Merit will be available for the first three Ranked matches during the August 15-16 weekend, and missions tied to the SMG-45 and M4A1 will offer more progression rewards.

Sea Gleam will return through the Sea Gleam Appearance Return Lucky Draw from August 14 through September 12. Progress milestones can unlock Black Sea series cosmetics, and reaching 100% progress grants the Black Sea cosmetic. Each production also has a chance to reach 100% immediately, while the full event reward set is guaranteed within 90 productions. Duplicate cosmetics will be converted into Tekniq Alloy for players who already own them.

The event-heavy update follows Delta Force’s July 30 mid-season update, which added its own reward tracks and limited-time activities.

Delta Force August 13 Update Patch Notes

The update adds new reward paths across Operations and Warfare, brings back the Black Sea cosmetic series, increases the chance of finding Treasure Maps in the Magic Container event, and fixes an issue with expired accessories appearing in the Supply Station.

Event Period: 8/14~9/7
Details: During the event, search Field Supply Boxes in Zero Dam, Layali Grove, Brakkesh, Space City, and AZ3 for a chance to find that map’s Treasure Map. Reach the search milestone to claim the corresponding mission rewards.

Details: During the event, build the Magpie Bridge using the supplies you extracted with and unlock the corresponding rewards.

Event Details: During the event, each production grants rewards while accumulating production progress. Reaching milestone thresholds unlocks Black Sea series cosmetics. At 100% progress, you will receive the Black Sea cosmetic. Each production has a chance to instantly reach 100% progress, granting all cosmetics directly, and all event rewards are guaranteed within 90 productions.
Players who already own Black Sea themed cosmetics can still participate, but duplicate cosmetics will be converted into Tekniq Alloy.
Rewards: Black Sea series cosmetics (Melee Weapon – Black Sea, MP5 Submachine Gun skin, QJB201 Light Machine Gun), along with Black Sea series Charms, Avatars, Calling Cards, Spray Paints, TurBrick – The Law of Time, Weapon EXP Tokens, and Lucky Draw Tickets (usable in weapon and vehicle skin lucky draw events).
