World of Warcraft players may have found a way to repeatedly earn high-level rewards from the Khu ‘tulak encounter, including a bag containing 285 item-level gear and 10 champion crests.
The reported method involves requeuing for the From Whence it Came quest, which sends players to defeat Khu ‘tulak in the Vault of Atal’utek. Groups for the quest can reportedly be found through the premade questing section.

On the first kill, the encounter gives players a Venom-Cursed Fragment and a bag. That bag contains 285 gear and 10 champion crests. According to the player who tested the encounter, the bag continues to drop after repeated kills, creating a quick way to farm both rewards.
Two reward activities appear to be repeatable
The same player also reported being able to queue again for Tide bound Grotto. That activity awards 10 veteran crests and 279 item-level raid finder gear, giving players another repeatable source of progression if the behavior is working as described.
Whether this is an intended feature or a bug remains unclear. The player said a friend warned that repeatedly collecting the reward could potentially be treated as an exploit, although the post does not include any developer ruling or confirmation about that possibility. Players who take advantage of the loop should keep that uncertainty in mind, since reward behavior can change if it was not designed to work this way.
