One Fortnite Squad Found a Golden Apple in Battle Royale

Fortnite Battle Royale gave one squad a very Minecraft-looking surprise when a Golden Apple appeared during their match. A player said their teammate found the item and left it behind, giving them the chance to pick it up.
In the Reddit post sharing the discovery, the player asked whether anyone else had found the apple in Battle Royale. The post does not identify where the item came from or whether it has a fixed spawn.
The screenshot identifies the Golden Apple as a Consumable. Its description reads, “Consume for a good amount of health, and the Low Gravity effect.” That gives the item two clear purposes: restoring health and providing the Low Gravity effect, although the post does not show exact numbers or a duration.
For now, the discovery is only supported by this single player report. Nothing in the post confirms whether the Golden Apple is a new addition, an unusual loot occurrence, or something that can appear across other Fortnite modes.
