jL has shared a major personal update, announcing that he is going to be a dad soon. A screenshot shared in a Reddit post shows the message: “4th family member on the way ❤️.”
The image says jL made the announcement on his own page, but it does not include further details about the expected arrival. For now, the news is a personal milestone for the Counter-Strike player rather than a roster announcement.
It comes as a proposed pair of Vitality stand-in assignments remains under discussion. The plan would have jL replace William “mezii” Merriman at BLAST Open Porto near the end of August before filling in for Dan “apEX” Madesclaire at PGL Masters Bucharest in October, as outlined in our possible Vitality stand-in assignments coverage.
That arrangement has not been officially confirmed, so jL’s exact involvement with Vitality at either event is still unclear. His family announcement, however, is clear: a new member is on the way.
