The alert pairs “August Community Day” with a megaphone icon and the word “Today.” It also includes a “SEE DETAILS” button and artwork showing an orange Pokémon in a forest, but the card itself does not provide a date for the event.
With no date shown, “Today” may be an incorrect label rather than a sign that August Community Day has started. This example also does not establish how broadly the issue is affecting players.
For now, Trainers should treat the timing on this alert cautiously rather than assume the event schedule has changed.
