A Factory Map Helps Track Escape from Tarkov’s Technical and Project Documents

The community-made reference covers Factory's Top Floor, Middle Floor, Ground Floor, and Tunnels, but its creator says the collection is incomplete.

Escape from Tarkov players have a community-made reference for possible Technical and Project document spawns on Factory. The annotated map divides the search between the Top Floor, Middle Floor, Ground Floor, and Tunnels, giving raiders a quick way to organize a sweep.

The compilation is not presented as complete. Its creator combined locations personally seen with spots gathered from videos and Reddit, so each callout should be treated as a lead rather than a guaranteed spawn.

How to use the Factory document map

Start with the section that matches the part of Factory you plan to search, then work through the marked areas before moving to another floor. Keeping the four sections separate should make it easier to remember which spots have already been checked during a raid.

  • Check every map section. The reference includes the Top Floor, Middle Floor, Ground Floor, and Tunnels.
  • Treat markers as possible locations. The creator says the collection includes information heard from other players, so not every callout has the same level of verification.
  • Keep looking beyond the markers. Since the list is incomplete, an unmarked area should not be treated as proof that a document cannot appear there.

The reference credits videos from Nutshell and Nickko Kimiko, along with a separate Reddit location post from u/Eazzy4.

Players tracking documents across several maps can also compare these Factory markers with the other document locations found at Customs Crackhouse and Interchange’s Scav Camp. Those discoveries also came from player finds rather than an official spawn table.
