Ilya “Perfecto” Zalutskiy is leaving Virtus.pro and will continue his career as a free agent. The organization announced the roster move on August 3, bringing the Russian rifler’s time with the team to an end.
Perfecto joined Virtus.pro in June 2025. During his time with the organization, he represented its Counter-Strike 2 lineup at IEM Cologne 2025 and other top-level competitions.
Perfecto arrived as Virtus.pro moved on from Timur “FL4MUS” Marev, who had been benched. He later took over as the team’s in-game leader after Denis “electroNic” Sharipov was removed from the active roster.
The departure follows a difficult start to 2026 for Virtus.pro. The team lost every match it played at the beginning of the year, including defeats against RUSTEC and WW, and dropped to 100th in the VRS rankings. Perfecto was subsequently benched alongside Evgenii “FL1T” Lebedev and Petr “fame” Bolyshev as the organization rebuilt around academy players. Virtus.pro later finalized that new direction with an academy-led lineup.
The announcement praised Perfecto’s professionalism, dedication, and contributions to the squad. Virtus.pro also wished him success in the next stage of his career, but neither the player nor the organization named his next team.
