The 20-team field for the 2026 Rocket League World Championship is now complete. The event will take place in Fort Worth, with 12 teams already qualified for the Group Stage and eight more entering the Play-In.
The final four places were decided through Last Chance Qualifiers in North America, South America, Europe, and MENA over the weekend. Rocket League Esports confirmed the complete 20-team field on July 26.

The 12 direct Group Stage teams
The highest-ranked teams from the major regions earned direct entry to the Group Stage. Twisted Minds qualified as the highest-ranking MENA team, while Wildcard secured its place through the Oceania tiebreaker.

Eight teams will play through the Play-In
The remaining eight teams will compete in an eight-team Play-In gauntlet. Four of them will advance to create the 16-team GSL Group Stage. Once that stage begins, each group winner will move into the Upper Bracket quarter-finals, while the second- and third-place teams will start in Lower Bracket Round 1.

Virtus.pro, Team Falcons, TSM, and Five Fears reached the Play-In through their regional rankings. Mate y Tapa won the European LCQ after a field of 681 teams, earning a place with former Synergy players Lautaro Francisco ‘ajg’ Gusinsky and Ivan ‘Dorito’ Ruiz Jiménez, alongside former Twisted Minds player Sergio ‘AtomiK’ Pérez Cortés.
R8 Esports advanced from the MENA LCQ with Abdullah ‘Abdullah’ Alsanie, Ghazi ‘Ghaazi’ Al-Otaibi, and Mohammad ‘M7md’ Almutairi. Bigodes claimed the South American qualifier.
FUT Esports secured the final North American place by defeating Gen.G 4-1 in the deciding match. That result completed the World Championship field and left the Play-In with four qualification spots still available.
