In Xbox Wire’s July 9 post, Starward Version 3.1 arrived on Xbox with Pliszka front and center. The update also adds three original Star Operators, brings back the Frame Arms Girl collaboration on July 9, and ties in a summer event that includes a free Cherub swimsuit skin.
Pliszka is the kind of unit that asks players to choose between heavy damage and mobility, then makes the decision look easy. She comes from the AODS-AFTU faction and uses the Wing Rider Assembly for strong firepower and fast movement, but that setup also increases her hitbox and makes her descend faster. Players can detach the assembly during a match if they want a lighter, more agile setup instead.
The post also says the Frame Arms Girl crossover gives players another shot at recruiting Gourai-Kai, Stylet, and Baselard. On the summer side, the event sends players underwater for a treasure hunt, where daily missions award Exploration Coins that can be traded for rewards. Xbox Wire also teased the chance of an unexpected mystery character showing up during the event.
