STALCRAFT: X is adding Coliseum, a new PvP mode built for short session matches and three-player squads. EXBO laid out the first details in a Steam announcement.
The mode will place 12 players on a session-based map, split into teams of three. Each player will be assigned a class based on armor type and can pick a specialization with its own abilities. The goal is to capture and defend batteries while dealing with enemy units.
EXBO also says the map will include zip lines and ramps, plus interactive barrels and destructible objects. Those additions should keep fights moving across the arena instead of locking every match into the same few angles.
