Apex Legends’ July 1 patch tightens up respawn audio and fixes a Sparrow bug
Respawn's latest tweak raised the Death Box respawn audio and fixed an issue that could leave Sparrow with a fully charged Ultimate after respawning.
Respawn posted a small Apex Legends update on July 1 at 2:00 p.m. PT, and the patch focused on two live issues. One change raised the audio volume tied to respawning from a Death Box so the cue comes through more clearly. The other fixed a bug where Sparrow could come back with a fully charged Ultimate.

This was a short pass, but it should make one of the game’s most important moments easier to read in a fight. It also shuts down a Sparrow bug that could have given him extra power the moment he re-entered the match.
