Starry Studio has taken the Custom Server and Pioneer Server in Once Human offline after finding abnormal item production data on both services. The studio said the shutdown was an emergency step while it investigates the problem and works to restore a fair play environment.
The team also said it will roll back accounts with abnormal data in a follow-up pass. Compensation will be sent by mail after the maintenance ends, and players will have to wait for another announcement before the servers open again.
