Fortnite OG Season 9 lands June 25, and the island goes futuristic again
Epic's next OG season brings Neo Tilted, Mega Mall, and returning Chapter 1 weapons back into play.

Fortnite OG heads into Season 9 on June 25, 2026, bringing Chapter 1’s futuristic stretch back into the spotlight with a new pass, a rebuilt island, and familiar weapons back in the mix.
The new season begins at daily reset on June 25, and Epic has not pinned down a more exact minute. As with most Fortnite season swaps, a few hours of downtime and some server strain around the changeover would not be a surprise.

What Season 9 brings back
The island is leaning hard into Fortnite’s futuristic, industrial side. Neo Tilted replaces Tilted Towers, Mega Mall takes Retail Row’s place, and Pressure Plant returns as a major point of interest.
The OG Pass should include remix skins for Rox and Demi, plus one more character skin and cosmetics such as emotes, back blings, and pickaxes.
The weapon pool is also getting a familiar set of returns: Drum Shotgun, Tactical Assault Rifle, Combat Shotgun, Proximity Grenade Launcher, Burst SMG, Semi-Auto Sniper, and Storm Flip.
One thing Epic has not confirmed is whether the season’s live event will come back. Chapter 1 Season 9 ended with The Final Showdown, a battle between two giant mechs, but there is no word yet on whether OG Season 9 will replay it.
If Fortnite OG follows its usual 10- to 12-week run, Season 9 would wrap up around September 17, 2026.
