Forza Horizon 5 is putting a Ford Le Mans tribute up for grabs this week, with the 2016 Ford GT #66 GTLM Le Mans arriving as the 20-point reward in the Spring Rewards track.
The car was built to mark the 50th anniversary of Ford’s 1-2-3 finish at Le Mans in 1966, and it packs a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 with more than 500 horsepower. The same engine also powered wins at the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona and the 12 Hours of Sebring.
Apex Allstars has also begun a four-week run of events across the base game, Hot Wheels, and Rally Adventure. The Series Rewards include the 2013 Chevrolet Summit Racing Pro Stock Camaro at 80 points and the 2016 Renault Clio R.S. 16 Concept at 160 points, while the Spring Rewards track also includes a Backstage Pass at 40 points.
Players can pick up more points through a mix of challenges, from the Forzathon Weekly event Prepare, Commit, Belong to EventLab runs like Italia 458 Race Track, Green River GP, and Jungle Race Circuit. Other prizes on the board include the 2016 Lotus 3-Eleven, the 2554 AMG Transport Dynamics M12S Warthog CST, the 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C, and the 2014 Local Motors Rally Fighter.
