PlayStation lets fans pick April’s best new game
The poll includes April releases like Hades II, Pragmata, and Saros, and remakes still qualify while re-releases do not.

PlayStation opened its monthly Players’ Choice poll on May 4, 2026, and this round asks fans to pick April’s best new game. The shortlist includes Mouse: P.I. for Hire, Pragmata, Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes, Hades II, and Saros.
The vote is live through PlayStation’s Crowdsignal poll. After voting closes, PlayStation said it will tally the results and name the winner on PlayStation Blog and its social channels.
There are a couple of rules in play. Re-releases do not count, but remakes do, and PlayStation describes remakes as larger rebuilds such as Resident Evil 4 (2023) and Final Fantasy VII Remake. The nominees are picked by the PlayStation Blog editorial team from that month’s standout releases.
