Pokémon GO’s April 20 to 26 lineup keeps the weekly grind moving
The schedule mixes Dynamax Regirock, a three-hour Gigantamax return on April 25, rotating raid bosses, and season rewards tied to Memories in Motion.

Pokémon GO heads into the April 20 through April 26, 2026 window with a full slate of timed events, raid rotations, and season rewards as the Memories in Motion season continues to run. The week brings another pass through Max Monday, Raid Hour, and the weekend’s Replay: GO Bigger Event.
The headline items are spread across the whole week. Max Monday lands on April 20 with Dynamax Regirock in Max Battles from 6 PM to 7 PM local time, April 22 brings the raid rotation change and Raid Hour, and April 25 closes things out with a three-hour Gigantamax battle session.
What stands out this week
April 22 is the key switch day. Tapu Koko and Mega Sharpedo return to the raid pool, while the Raid Hour block runs from 6 PM to 7 PM local time. The page’s Raid Hour section names Groudon, so players should keep an eye on the in-game rotation before heading out.
April 25 is the bigger play window. Replay: GO Bigger Event runs from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time and brings back Gigantamax Venusaur, Gigantamax Charizard, Gigantamax Blastoise, and Gigantamax Gengar for G-Max Battles.
There is also the usual seasonal structure in place, including Memories in Motion bonuses, GO Pass rewards, and the ongoing egg pools. Trainers level 31 and above continue to receive one guaranteed Candy XL when trading Pokémon in person, along with an extra Candy for in-person trades, plus added XP and Stardust on seven-day streaks.
Raid and battle schedule
Five-Star Raids move from Groudon, which runs through April 21, to Tapu Koko from April 22 to April 28. Mega Raids follow the same pattern, with Mega Alakazam active through April 21 and Mega Sharpedo taking over from April 22 to April 28. Shadow Raids stay on daily for one-star and three-star battles, while five-star Shadow Raids continue on Saturdays and Sundays unless noted otherwise. Shadow Latios also appears during Memories in Motion, with a shiny chance if luck is on your side.
GO Battle League Season 26 continues in the background, alongside the season’s active cups and leagues. The schedule shown for this week includes Ultra League and Fantasy Cup: Great League Edition from April 7 to April 14, then Master League and Spring Cup: Great League Edition from April 14 to April 21.
Season rewards and egg pools
Memories in Motion runs from March 3, 2026, to June 2, 2026, and leans into daily discoveries, shiny evolved Pokémon in the wild, new shiny Shadow Pokémon, and boosted shiny odds for eggs and raids. That also means the season’s egg and Adventure Sync pools stay in play this week, with highlights such as Dunsparce, Wimpod, Tadbulb, Fidough, Snom, Sizzlipede, Deino, Honedge, Impidimp, Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Meowth, Galarian Corsola, Chingling, Happiny, Audino, Goomy, Turtonator, Toxel, Galarian Slowpoke, Hisuian Growlithe, and White Stripe Basculin.
Research Breakthrough rewards can also include Gyarados, Honedge, Dhelmise, Sinistea, Duraludon, and Dreepy. On the GO Pass side, April 2026 rewards include an encounter with Entei, XP and Stardust bonuses, and the return of the Lucky Trinket.
If you are planning your week around raids or G-Max battles, the best move is to watch April 20, April 22, and April 25 closely. Share your thoughts in the comments, and follow us on X, Bluesky, YouTube, Instagram.
